It is an over the counter service for a single asset: USDT. You buy USDT from Cryptos24 with fiat, or you sell USDT to Cryptos24 for fiat, always at one USDT to one US dollar. There is no order book, no other coin and nothing to trade.
Not to see a rate, and not to place an order. Name, email and phone number are enough for orders up to 500 USDT. An account raises that limit, keeps your history and saves your addresses.
Whish Money or Western Union. Payment must come from an account in your own name.
USDT on TRC20, BEP20 and ERC20. Send and receive on any of the three; your rate always comes from the current quote, whichever network you pick. Only the network fee differs: Cryptos24 sets it per network, and the current amounts are listed on the Networks page.
Cryptos24 publishes one buy rate and one sell rate, in US dollars per USDT, and they are the same for every client and every order size. There is no spread that widens with your amount and no separate pricing for any client. The service fee is charged separately, as its own line, so the rate you are shown is the rate you get, and both are fixed on your order the moment you confirm it.
No hidden service fees. The service fee is shown as its own line at checkout before you pay, and never buried in the rate. The network fee for the chain you choose is its own line too: Cryptos24 sets it per network, and the current amounts are on the Networks page. Whish Money or Western Union may charge you their own sending fee, which is outside our control and never collected by us.
There is no fixed time, because a person works every order rather than a timer. What decides it is when your transfer or your USDT arrives and when our team can confirm it. You are emailed at each step, and the Track order page shows where your order stands at any moment.
On the Track order page, with your order number and the email address you placed it with. Every email Cryptos24 sends about an order also carries a link straight to it, so you do not have to type anything. With an account, your orders are in your portal as well.
