The agreement between you and Cryptos24 Exchange SAL covering orders, rates, settlement and the limits of what the desk promises.

Cryptos24 Exchange SAL operates an over-the-counter USDT desk in Lebanon. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “the desk”, they mean that company.
We operate an over-the-counter desk for a single digital asset: USDT. We do not operate an order book, we do not hold assets for you between orders, and we do not give investment advice.
We buy USDT from you for fiat, and we sell USDT to you for fiat, acting on our own account. Every order is a spot transaction settled immediately.
The rate shown before you confirm is indicative. On confirmation it becomes firm: the rate, the service fee and the total are recorded on your order and do not change afterwards.
Orders are handled by our desk rather than automatically. Your order stays open at the recorded figures until an operator completes it or declines it, and we will tell you either way. Nothing expires on a timer and there is no charge for an order that is not completed.
Payment must come from an account, wallet or number held in your own name, or in the name of the company on your account. Payments from anyone else are returned to source, less any charges applied by the provider.
Use the payment reference exactly as shown on your order. Without it, matching is manual and slower, and the rate lock will usually have lapsed by the time the payment is found.
Once USDT has been broadcast to the address you gave us, the transfer cannot be reversed, recalled or cancelled by anyone, including us. Check the address and the network before you confirm.
If you send USDT to us on a network we do not support, we cannot recover it.
We may hold, refuse or cancel any order where we have a legal obligation to do so, where verification is incomplete, or where the transaction is inconsistent with what we know about you. Where we are permitted to explain, we will.
We are liable for our own failure to perform an order we accepted. We are not liable for the behaviour of the networks, of your bank or payment provider, of the wallet you gave us, or for the market value of USDT.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Lebanese law.
We will publish any change to these terms on this page with a new version number and date. Orders are governed by the version in force when the order was placed.
These terms are governed by Lebanese law, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction.
Buying and selling digital assets involves risk: blockchain transfers are irreversible, and it is your responsibility to check every address and payment detail before sending. The administrator does not provide investment advice. The Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure govern every order.
