What can be reversed, what cannot, and who pays for it.

1. Before we release

Cancel any time before the desk releases and the payment is returned in full, by the route it arrived on, usually the same day.

2. After we release

Once USDT has been broadcast, the transfer is final and cannot be reversed by anyone. This is a property of the blockchain, not a policy choice.

3. Payments we return automatically

Some payments are sent back without you asking.

Payments from an account, wallet or number not in your name.
Payments in a currency the order was not placed in.
Payments received after an order was cancelled or expired.
Payments we cannot accept for compliance reasons.

4. Costs

We do not charge to return a payment. Charges applied by your own bank or payment provider are outside our control and are deducted from what arrives back.

5. Disputed orders

Raise it with the desk first — most disputes are a reference that went missing. If we cannot settle it between us, the complaints route is on this page and we answer in writing.
