What we collect, why we hold it, who sees it and how long it stays.
v3.1 · Updated Jun 1, 2026 · 5m
Only what a desk has to collect to operate lawfully and to settle your order.
To verify who you are, to settle orders, to meet anti-money-laundering obligations, and to defend ourselves if a transaction is disputed. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Our verification and screening providers, our banking and payment partners where a transfer requires it, and public authorities where the law compels disclosure. Nobody else.
Identity and transaction records are kept for five years after your last order, which is the retention period required of us. Marketing preferences are deleted as soon as you withdraw them.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to the desk and you will have a substantive answer within thirty days.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their job, and every access to a client record is logged.
Buying and selling digital assets involves risk: blockchain transfers are irreversible, and it is your responsibility to check every address and payment detail before sending. The administrator does not provide investment advice. The Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure govern every order.
