The three levels, what each one unlocks and what makes a document acceptable.

1. Why verification exists

It is a legal obligation, and it is also what lets the desk raise your limits, keep your history and pay you out without asking the same questions every time.

2. The three levels

You are never asked for more than the level you are using requires.

Level 1 — email and phone confirmed. Unlocks ordering up to the standard limit.
Level 2 — photo ID and selfie. Unlocks the full individual limit and saved payout methods.
Level 3 — proof of address, and registration documents for a company. Unlocks the desk limit and company accounts.

3. What makes a document acceptable

Unexpired, unedited, fully visible in the frame, and issued in the last three months where it is a proof of address. A photograph of a screen is not a document.

4. Ongoing review

Documents expire, and so does verification. We will tell you thirty days before a document lapses, and again on the day. Nothing is suspended without notice.

5. If we reject a submission

You will be told which document failed and why, in plain language, and you can submit again immediately. A rejection is not a judgement about you.
