Email

The address the order was placed with.

Where do I find my order number?

On the confirmation screen shown when the order was placed.
In the confirmation email, beside the amount.
In the portal under your orders, if the order was placed with an account.

Both are needed because the order screen shows a name, a phone number and a payment reference. An order number on its own would be guessable.
